This Privacy Policy explains how Aspera Technologies Pvt Ltd ("VPPOB.com", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you visit vppob.com or submit an enquiry. We handle personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the "DPDP Act").
1. Who we are
Aspera Technologies Pvt Ltd is the Data Fiduciary responsible for your personal data. We operate the website vppob.com and provide virtual office and business-address solutions — a Virtual Principal Place of Business (VPPOB) and Additional Place of Business (APOB) support — for ecommerce sellers. Our registered office is Office No 305, ICON IT Park, Near Pune–Bangalore Highway, Narhe, Pune, Maharashtra 411041, India.
2. Personal data we collect
- Information you provide through our enquiry form: your name, your business or brand name, phone number and email address.
- Enquiry context: the page address you submitted from, including any campaign parameters in the link (for example utm_source or gclid).
- Technical information collected automatically, such as IP address, browser type and device information, through standard server logs.
We collect only the personal data needed to respond to your enquiry and provide our services (data minimisation).
3. How we use your personal data
- To respond to your enquiry and share a quote.
- To contact you about the VPPOB and APOB services you have expressed interest in.
- To provide and administer our services if you become a customer.
- To keep our website secure and prevent misuse.
We process your personal data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the enquiry form, and to provide the services you request.
4. Sharing and processors
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with:
- Service providers who process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards — including our enquiry-form and customer-management provider (Zoho) and our website hosting provider (Vercel).
- Professional advisers or authorities where required by law.
5. Data retention
We keep your personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above, after which it is deleted or anonymised. If you ask us to erase your data, we will do so unless we are required to retain it by law.
6. How we protect your data
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including access controls and encryption of data in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to address any incident promptly.
7. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act, as a Data Principal you have the right to:
- Access — a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we process it.
- Correction and erasure — to correct, complete, update or delete your personal data.
- Withdraw consent — at any time, as easily as you gave it.
- Grievance redressal — to raise a complaint with us (see Section 11).
- Nomination — to nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity.
To exercise any of these rights, contact our Grievance Officer (Section 11) or submit a request through the enquiry form on this website.
8. Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out. After you withdraw consent, we will stop processing your personal data unless another lawful basis applies.
9. Children's data
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly process the personal data of anyone under 18 without verifiable consent from a parent or lawful guardian. If you believe a child's data has been shared with us, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Cookies
We keep this website lightweight and currently do not use non-essential or advertising cookies. Essential cookies may be used to make the site function. If this changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.
